1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 clove garlic, minced
1/four cup dry white wine or chicken broth
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp chopped parsley
Place chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness. Sprinkle with the salt and black pepper. Coat chicken with the flour. In a big skillet, more than medium heat, melt 3 tablespoons of the butter. Place chicken in the skillet and cook about five minutes or till golden brown, turning when in the course of the cooking time. Get rid of chicken from the skillet and preserve warm.
